Automation & Control Services has a full featured in-house UL Listed panel shop capable of building OEM panels in quantity or custom, one-off designs. We can build from a detailed design or develop a design from just a simple concept sketch. Whether it is a standard UL508A industrial panel or one rated for classified environments, like dust or volatile liquids, we can provide you the exact panel that you need.

Our expanded Fabrication Shop has a 4,000 sq. ft. high bay area (22 ft. clear ceiling height) with a 3-ton capacity bridge crane, truck dock with leveler, and a 14 ft. grade level overhead door providing access for a variety of panel construction, welding, fabrication, and Full CNC machining needs. In our 2,000 sq. ft. low bay Panel Shop we produce OEM and custom control panels in any size or configuration which meet or exceed UL508A, UL698A, UL913, and UL1203 guidelines. This includes a variety of Gas, Oil, and Dust explosion proof panel capabilites. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality standards whether producing a single panel or an OEM production order of over one hundred.
